Many carmakers have started architectural designs and this has led them to produce luxurious residencies. Aston Martin and Porsche are luxurious carmakers and they have started to work on architectural designs too. Similarly, Bentley Motors has plans to bring a Bentley-branded residential tower to Miami. Construction will begin later this year and sales for Bentley Residences Miami will open soon. Bentley Residences Miami is due for completion in 2026.
The design has been specified by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Bentley’s own design team. The construction plan has been laid down for the Sunny Isles Beach coastline.
Many of the features have not yet been disclosed including the exact height of the tower. But it has been predicted that it will consist of 60 floors and will be the tallest residential tower on any US beachfront, according to Bentley. It will be having a cylindrical form with an impressive front.
Some kind of car elevator similar to that of Porsche Tower will also be added to it, as Dezer Development is the developer behind both projects. Dezer development is a renowned firm with a remarkable portfolio. The firm began developing commercial and residential buildings in Chelsea, encompassing more than 1.3 million sq. feet of space. Michael Dezer started to acquire oceanfront property in South Florida and is now an owner of oceanfront properties in the Sunny Isles Beach neighborhood.
The building will be having 200 luxury residences furnished with exclusive materials. Each room will be having a private balcony, its own swimming pool, and outdoor shower, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows showing the views of the beachfront. Other several shared facilities will also be there including a gym, a golf area, and more.
Bentley explained, “Built with luxury car owners in mind, each residence will include an in-unit multi-car garage and a patented car Dezervator [car elevator] alongside all the most desirable luxury amenities and world-class service.” He further said, “As guests drive down the sprawling driveway into the sales gallery, they will be greeted by an abstract, life-size floating speed form Bentley sculpture, which will live outside of the Bentley Residences tower upon completion. Additional information about the Bentley design integration will follow in 2022.”
