Bentley Motors, known for its refined automobiles, is shifting gears into high-end real estate with its latest project, Bentley Residences, a 62-story luxury skyscraper currently under construction in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami. The British automaker recently unveiled its flagship penthouse suite, which is now on the market for a lofty $37.5 million.
Set to be completed by the end of 2028, Bentley Residences will feature 216 upscale units, each offering premium amenities and an automotive twist. But the crown jewel of the tower is undeniably the penthouse suite, poised on the building’s second-highest floor. Though the exact square footage has not been disclosed, the suite includes four bedrooms and an extravagant seven bathrooms, an arrangement that reinforces its ultra-luxury status.

The penthouse offers a thoughtfully curated blend of comfort and exclusivity. High-end Gaggenau appliances outfit the kitchen, and residents will enjoy a private terrace and swimming pool, along with an office space and gallery-inspired viewing area that provides a glimpse into the adjacent private car garage. The interior design is subtly infused with Bentley’s signature styling—neutral tones, soft textures, and elegant motifs that pay homage to the brand without overwhelming the space.

What truly sets Bentley Residences apart is its automotive integration. The tower’s defining innovation is the “Dezervator”, a custom-engineered system of four-car elevators that allow residents to drive directly into the building and park their vehicles beside their homes, no valet, no lobby, just smooth, seamless luxury. This unique concept is named after developer Dezer Development, who partnered with Bentley Motors to bring the project to life. In addition to the primary Dezervator system, there will also be dedicated storage for smaller electric vehicles and motorcycles.

Shared amenities in the building are just as distinctive. A Bentley-themed cinema mirrors the design of the brand’s car interiors, while a whisky bar features elements inspired by Bentley’s iconic matrix grille. These touches reinforce the lifestyle Bentley aims to offer, one where the driving experience extends into everyday living.
If the $37.5 million penthouse is beyond reach, entry-level apartments in Bentley Residences are priced at a still-impressive $5.8 million.
