Ever imagined what a race between an F-16, a private jet, a supercar, an F1 car, and a superbike would be like?
Well, now you don’t have to imagine it because it happened for real! The mother of all races took place at the Istanbul Teknofest, an aviation, space and technology event held at the new Istanbul International Airport. The vehicles included a Kawasaki H2R motorcycle, a Tesla P100DL, an Aston Martin New Vantage and a Lotus Evora GT 430 along with a private jet and a fighter jet.
A race of our times!

The results of the race were very unexpected though.
As the race began, the Supersport World Champion Kenan Sofuoglu, from Turkey, took an early lead on his Kawasaki H2R motorcycle, leaving behind his powerful looking competitors behind. Moving at a spectacular speed of a quarter of a mile in just 9.254 seconds. The Red Bull F1 car, driven by British driver Jake Dennis, following closely, came second.
Solo Turk’s F-16 jet came third, and Emma Kimilainen clinched the fourth position with her Tesla P100DL. Yagiz Avci in the Aston Martin New Vantage and Toprak Razgatlioglu in a Lotus Evora GT 430 came 5th and sixth respectively.
