This New 4K Laser Projector Can Bring The Cinema To Your Home Without Needing Any Space

Vava, a Californian tech company has just announced its 4K ultra-short throw laser projector for all the home cinema enthusiasts with a built-in Harman Kardon sound system. The Vava Chroma projector feature independent laser light sources for the three primary colors along with ALDP 4.0 phosphor fluorescent light engine that provides “stunning level of color accuracy”. The project can expand to a whooping 150 diagonal inches from 17.4 inches from the wall.

The projector ensures maximum brightness of 2,500 ANSI lumens which is suitable to view at day as well as night time. It also features a built-in motion compensation for fluid onscreen action, electronic focus and eight-point keystone correction for placement flexibility. Connecting to the projector has never been easier as it offers dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity as well as HDMI ports, USB port and Ethernet LAN for plugging in sources. There’s also no need to connect external speakers to it as it comes with built-in 60 W Harman Kardon speakers with Dolby Audio support so you can enjoy streaming without any additional connections.

The Chroma projector also has sufficient 32 GB internal storage with 3GB of RAM and runs on Android 9. Another cool feature is that it comes with the Android TV installed in which gives users access to multiple apps like HBU, Hulu, DisneyPlus and Netflix and can even be connected to third-party streamers like Apple TV, Chromecast and Roku TV. And of course, you cant forget the voice control assistant, Alexa.

The projector has been launched by Vava on Indiegogo to raise production funds and has already accomplished its funding target with 31 days still remaining. Pledges start at $2,799 with early bird backers getting a free 100/120 inch ALR screen. If all goes well according to plan, then shipping would start in November.
