The Levitating CUP comprises of two parts and uses the principles of “Quantum Locking” to keep the cup afloat in thin air.
The design of the Levitating CUP includes a metallic base with an embedded electromagnet and a magnet in the cup. A unique system of magnets and an electrical field quantum lock the cup so that it beautifully spins in mid-air.
Joel Paglione says that it is all about the spectacle. The metallic base can keep the cup floating one inch above the base even when it is full.
