The Saudi Arabian megaproject NEOM dominates worldwide news, while its new development, Hidden Marina, transforms how we live in cities. The Line’s initial development undertakes the construction of this groundbreaking project, which functions as the foundation for The Line’s futuristic urban development.
Hidden Marina extends 2.5 kilometers across the Kingdom’s western coast while consuming 21 million square meters of real estate space. The city will contain three interconnected modules in structures that will reach heights of 500 meters. The development will contain 9,000 hotel rooms together with 80,000 residential units that can support up to 200,000 residents.
Hidden Marina functions as both a residential destination for luxurious living and an essential service center. The city development includes retail areas along with educational facilities, emergency response centers, and security forces to establish an independent community. The scale of Hidden Marina exceeds global benchmarks, including the Burj Khalifa, as its built-up area surpasses 21 million square meters, according to Denis Hickey, who serves as Chief Development Officer of NEOM, during his presentation at the PIF Private Sector Forum in Riyadh.

The NEOM Green Hydrogen Company leads the world in constructing its largest green hydrogen manufacturing plant. ACWA Power collaborates with this facility to establish a groundbreaking clean energy facility that will serve as a key player in worldwide sustainability initiatives.
Hidden Marina stands as a landmark development in urban planning and environmental sustainability because it brings together 140,000 workers from 100 different countries for its construction. NEOM implements this project as a component of its mission to develop Saudi Arabia into a center for futuristic innovation and advanced living.
