Buying laptop covers is the obvious option when you’re looking to protect your precious from scratches and bumps or when you want to cover the already inflicted damage on your machine. However, why waste money when you can create a cover for the laptop by simply making use of a contact paper along with an X-Acto knife and some creativity?
Check out the following DIY guide by an expert to create your laptop cover right away!

She began by tracing out the Apple logo and then carefully cutting it out thanks to her X-Acto knife.

She then proceeded to removing the contact paper backing.

Then she placed the laptop upside down on top.

She trimmed the edges to fit.

The process was repeated for the interior of the laptop where she traced the track pad and trimmed the paper to fit.

The end result is a slick laptop cover that totally changes the outlook of your computer.
