126 Million people purchased the original Nokia 3310 and loved every bit of it. It was known for its long battery life and sturdiness. Today, Nokia has officially launched the new Nokia 3310.
According to many tech experts, the launch of Nokia 3310 could be a game changer. In words of Ben Wood from the technology consultancy CCS Insight, “The 3310 was the first mass-market mobile and there’s a massive amount of nostalgia and affection for it.” He further said, “If HMD had just announced three Android devices they would have barely got a couple of column inches in the press. So, the 3310 is a very clever move and we expect it will sell in significant volumes.”
Here is what we know about the device now
Yes! It comes with the legendary snake game we all loved.
The phone offers 22 hours of talk time and has a whopping 1 month of standby time.
It has 2.5G connectivity which means much slower data speeds as compared to 3G or 4G.
The camera is just 2 Megapixel.
The phone is powered by the S30+ operating system. This means few apps as compared to Andriod or iOS.

They should have included 3G and a better battry that could support 3g. Make it heavy, i dont care,, actually thats what we want.. a heavy weapon, the 3310! But this… dissapointed. Another fail by nokia.
What kind of homage changes the most iconic features? The physical shape and size, the monophonic ringtone. It looks like a knockoff rather than a re-edition. Missed the mark in my opinion. Good idea though.
