We have seen remote control plane flying by tiny jet engines before. But a mind-blowing thing about this particular remote control craft is that it weighs only 17 pounds but can blast through the skies at an astonishing 450 miles per hour. It makes you wonder how any human can have the reflexes to keep this plane from crashing.

The plane is launched by an elastic band catapult, the delta-wing remote control plane needs to be moving at a certain speed before its stubby wings produce enough lift for it to fly. Fighter pilots manage to wrangle aircraft at speeds that exceed over 1000pmh, but it is an easier feat when you are actually sitting in the aircraft or have a first-person view, just like the drone pilots get.
When you are remotely flying a plane at 450 mph while looking up at it from the ground, maintaining visibility itself becomes a problem. The aircraft is so fast that you have to race through your field of vision in just a few seconds. But somehow the pilot makes it look so easy as if its just throwing a paper airplane.
