Many of us enjoy traveling to new and different places to gain experiences of various countries. However, if you’re not well-versed in the local language, this traveling can become quite a hassle. Even basic communication can become tedious and tiring, and you are left helpless in a restaurant or on the road as you are unable to order or find directions to the place where you want to go.
Check out this amazing wearable device ‘Ili’ that aims to remove the language barrier altogether. It can be worn as a necklace around your neck. It has been manufactured by Logbar, a Japanese company. The gadget is a voice translator that is capable of translating everything that you hear or speak in real-time. The idea behind this gadget was to come up with an on-the-go translator that allows people to communicate easily regardless of the language they are speaking in.
It doesn’t require any internet connection to work. The initial languages available are Japanese, Chinese, and English, however, more languages will be added in the future.
Now you won’t face any difficulty while living in an unknown country speaking unknown languages that are over your heads!
