This YouTuber Is Demanding A Replacement Cybertruck For His Completely Broken Down ‘Lemon’

YouTuber Demands A Replacement Cybertruck For His Completely Broken Down "Lemon"

YouTuber Lamar MK has asked for a replacement Cybertruck under North Carolina’s “Lemon Law” after experiencing several problems with his current one. He has owned the vehicle for almost two months but says he has only driven it for some of that time because of ongoing maintenance requirements.

In a Twitter post, North Carolina-based YouTuber Lamar MK expressed his dissatisfaction with Cybertruck’s quality on social media, calling it a “lemon.” He criticised that, even after owning the vehicle for nearly two months, most of that time was spent on maintenance, leaving him with just two weeks of actual driving experience.

MK described the multiple faults in detail: “My truck wasn’t simply plagued by one problem. It’s had all major issues..” These issues mirror worries expressed by other Cybertruck users, including steering difficulties, strange error codes on internal screens, and charging failures.

MK is now invoking North Carolina’s Lemon Law, which grants customers the right to repair, reimburse, or replace defective automobiles after appealing to Elon Musk for a replacement. After having his Cybertruck repaired several times previously, MK is now demanding a replacement, stating that he hopes a more recent model would solve the current problems.

MK emphasises his waning patience with the situation and asks for an urgent replacement to be delivered to the Raleigh repair centre. Even though MK first turned to social media requests for help, his use of state legislation indicates that he is determined to find a permanent solution.
