In the presence of a toddler, an internet-enabled device can lead to a variety of blunders that may be irreversible.

Barrett Golden, a two-year-old Texas child, has recently learned the ability to order meals using his mother’s smartphone. He even managed to leave a $16 tip.

The incident was shared on Facebook by Kelsey Burkhalter Golden, the child’s mother. Her son Barret used her DoorDash app to order the bulk load of burgers. A photo of the 2-year-old sitting next to his pile of cheeseburgers evidenced the story.

“I have 31 free cheeseburgers from McDonald’s if anyone is interested. Apparently, my 2 yr old knows how to order doordash,” she wrote. The post has approximately 5,000 shares and 70 comments as of now.

Kelsey stated that she noticed her son using her phone but assumed he was taking pictures.

“My son was playing with my phone, I thought he was taking pictures, but when I looked back on my thing, it was ordered when he was playing with my phone,” Kelsey said.

“He usually likes to take pictures of himself, and so he was doing that… and he um… I thought I’d locked the phone, but apparently, I didn’t because then DoorDash came with 31 cheeseburgers,” she said.

The entire bill was $61.58. The little one also added a generous $16 tip.

“I guess I need to hide the app or something because Door Dash is not protected,” said the mother.

The Texas family distributed a few cheeseburgers to neighbours while saving some for later.
