Tesla has released a tiny Model S for your kids, and the car is just wonderful. Tesla partnered up with Radio Flyer for creating a drivable mini version Model S. The scaled-down electric vehicle resembles the original car. The toy car comes with functional headlights, and other cool features include foldable side mirrors, a ‘frunk’ that can be used for storing toys and an AUX input for playing your favorite music. It is easy to use and understand while front and back buttons can be used for putting it into drive mode.
The car is, of course, electric and employs the use of a lithium-ion battery. The tiny Model S will cost you $600. It can be charged using the charging port on the side of the vehicle, or you can remove the battery and then charge it. The colour options include blue metallic, red metallic, flat white, or deep silver metallic. You can also select the wheel rim detailing.
You can also get vanity plates for an additional cost. There are plenty of other accessories that are available online and include a custom car parking sign and a car cover. You can also purchase extra batteries for the standard or long range. Parents will also be able to keep the speed of their kids in check by making use of options that can help them toggle between the speed of 6mph and 3mph.
While the price tag of $600 might seem very decadent, but consider as an investment in the electric future. In fact, many nations are thinking of putting a ban on the purchase of new combustion cars by the middle of the next decade.
