Dr. Joel S. Schuman, an eye specialist, talked about the behaviors which prove to be the most dangerous ones for the eyes. He told that one of these acts is a favorite kind of yoga in which people stand on their heads. The other one is where people wear version beads and hang upside down. These activities can increase the pressure on the eyeballs. This damages the nerves at the back of the eye. If the pressure stays there for a long time or even long enough to cause damage to the eyeball, it results in Glaucoma.
This disease is more common in older adults, but it can happen to anyone. It is caused if you stress your eyes by raising the pressure on them frequently or for long periods. It can cause glaucoma damage even in the young people.
