Although the locals have associated this drone to the Somalia’s National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA), the drone resembles the one used by the US Army Special Operations Command.

The most intriguing feature of the drone is its wings that could flap, giving it a very realistic look. The drone used by the US Army Special Operations Command could be fired from a cannon or launched manually.
