You all know about the Slow Mo Guys, right? They are famous for their slow-motion videos where they capture different phenomena using cameras to slow down the process for their viewers to enjoy. The video that we have brought for you today is the one where the famous YouTube channel collaboration with Caltech for the sake of using the world’ fastest camera to film something peculiar. Do you want to take a guess? Ah yes, they filmed the speed of light!
The duo worked together to film the speed of light at 10 trillion FPS. To give you a bit of a perspective, the cameras that the Slow Mo Guys generally used for their videos – despite being amazingly wonderful and impressive – are about twenty million times slower than the one that was at Caltech. The two teams joined forces for the sake of capturing the speed of light.
The speed of light is in the ranges of picoseconds and femtoseconds. The Slow Mo Guys are more than just excited with this new and amazing project. It makes total sense because being able to film the speed of light is definitely something very cool and wonderful.
We will not tell you how incredible it is or about the goosebumps that we had when we watched the video. It is an experience that you have to live on your own and undergo yourself.
