They have reaffirmed their dedication to achieving highly decarbonized roads by 2030 and striving for net-zero emissions on roads by 2050. To realize these goals, the leaders highlighted various measures being implemented by member countries, including policies aimed at attaining 100% or substantial penetration of zero-emission vehicles in the light-duty vehicle category by 2035 and beyond.
