Tesla has just launched their Model S 100D, which has already made electric vehicle (EV) history as it boasts a record-breaking EPA-estimated range of 335 miles. But the high range doesn’t compromise on the speed either, as it also has a top speed of 155 mph just like the S 90D, the S 100D.

The car can go from zero to 60 miles per hour in a mere 2.4 seconds, and if you are looking for a high-performance EV, Model S 100D is now the car to beat. It has a 20-mile improvement when compared with the Model S P100D, the S 100D, and although it accelerates from zero to 60 miles per hour 0.1 seconds faster than P100D, the car costs $30,000 less than the P100D. It also includes the same 100 kWh battery pack, making it a really sweet deal!
