Senator Says He Wasn’t Allowed to See UFO Wreckage

The US has started to become more forthcoming when it comes to unidentified aerial objects. A lot of information has been released under the new Freedom of Information Act meaning the public can ask for any information they think that the public agency may hold.

The right covers recorded information, which includes information held on computers, in emails, and in printed or handwritten documents as well as images, video, and audio recordings. Former President Donald Trump had also mandated that all US Intelligence agencies share whatever they know about any unexplained aerial phenomena by this summer. This led the CIA to release many declassified UFO documents. Now a Senator says that he firmly believes that UFO material exists.

Harry Reid, A former Senator from Nevada has all but confirmed that US military contractor Lockheed Martin has UFO fragments in their possession. Harry Reid has from 1987 to 2017 and said that he never got clearance to look at these materials. Reid’s statement was misinterpreted by the media to think that he had actually seen the wreckage himself.

Reid told reporters that ” I was told for decades that Lockheed had some of these retrieved materials. And I tried to get, as I recall, a classified approval by the Pentagon to have me go look at the stuff. They would not approve of that. I don’t know what all the numbers were, what kind of classification it was, but they would not give that to me”.

An anonymous former pentagon official also spoke out on the situation saying that “There are guys who spent their lives studying stuff like Roswell and died with no answers. Are we all going to die with no answers?”. The recent releases by the CIA have confirmed that the US is taking all the UFO rumors very seriously. It is yet unclear if this UFO wreckage actually exists or not and if it does exist, it unclear if it is from another world or is terrestrial in origin.

People used to think that all these UFO sightings and Area 51 rumors were urban legends but with all the declassified information being released by public agencies, I think it is safe to suspect that there might be some truth to all the sightings and rumors. Trump’s mandate is still in effect so it’s only a matter of time till these rumors are proven wrong or right.

It is unclear whether Lockheed Martin has a stockpile of UFO materials or not. Only time will tell how transparent government agencies will be with the public.
