Smartphones have become a crucial part of our everyday life and it is no big surprise when we see that most of the innovations and inventions that are coming out in the market are related to smartphones. Anyhow, don’t you think it would be great to have an edge-to-edge screen for the smartphone that you’re using? This new phone from Sharp is closer to that goal.
If you can disregard the bottom edge, Aquos crystal by Sharp can be called as a smartphone that has an edge-to-edge screen. But we guess 3/4th of the above-mentioned goal should do enough, don’t you agree? The display has been adjusted so that it covers three ends of the smartphone from edge to edge.
The smartphone really is an elegantly designed but a mid range smartphone and that is more than apparent when you look at what’s under the hood for this. It runs 720p resolution and clocks in at 5” diagonally when you measure the screen. The OS is KitKat and comes equipped with a quad core processor that clocks in at 1.2 Ghz, 1.5 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage. Provision for micro SD card does exist.
The Sprint version will cost you only $239 and if you are making a decision based on money then we suggest that you buy this phone. For this price range, the phone is a good deal and you may as well take it. That is to say, if you can live with somewhat less specs and are okay with the 75% edge to edge display.
