Cometh the hour, cometh the rumours! Only a  few days are left in Apple’s next product event, which means the frenzy around the event is at an all time high! Rumours are floating thick and fast about the innovation and designs, especially about a new and improved MacBook.

MacBook Pro users have been patiently waiting for several years for a significant upgrade, and after the recent revelation by Apple that the laptops will feature “many” upgrades, the event is one of the most awaited ones.

A KGI Securities report was published by 9to5Mac on Saturday, with the source claiming that Apple will unveil three new MacBook models on the event to be held on Oct. 27. Exciting innovations such as an OLED touchpad above the keyboard are anticipated, although no official confirmation has been made.

The report elaborated that the three new models include a new 13-inch MacBook, a new 13-inch MacBook Pro and a new 15-inch MacBook Pro. And considering the fact that almost all of the rumours have been featuring Apple’s MacBook Pro line, and KGI’s reputation as an accurate source, this leak is especially exciting and noteworthy.

In the end, the report also revealed that that Apple will not debut new iMacs or new external displays this week and that these product lines won’t be updated until 2017.

We’ll just have to wait until Thursday at 1 p.m. ET to see everything by ourselves! Are you excited about the upcoming Apple event?
