Mark Zuckerberg’s MMA Trainer Says He’s ‘Not Sure’ How The Cage Fight Would ‘Play Out’

The possibility of a cage fight between Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Meta, and Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, has sparked interest and speculation among fans.

Mark Zuckerberg’s MMA trainer, Khai Wu, shared his thoughts on Zuckerberg’s chances in a potential fight with Elon Musk. Speaking to Forbes, Wu emphasized that he could only speak about how hard Zuckerberg works and refrained from speculating on the fight’s outcome. He acknowledged Zuckerberg’s dedication and described him as a genuinely nice person. Both Wu and the public were astounded by the idea of the two billionaires facing off in the cage.

Wu further praised Zuckerberg, labeling him as a “student of the game” who shows up for training, works hard, and puts in considerable effort. Zuckerberg’s interest in MMA stems from the sport’s requirement for constant focus, as he previously mentioned on “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast. Wu’s comments shed light on the CEO’s commitment to his training.

The potential clash between Zuckerberg and Musk gained momentum when Musk challenged Zuckerberg to a cage fight following a Twitter exchange. After a Twitter user cautioned Musk about Zuckerberg’s jiu-jitsu skills in response to Meta’s rumored Twitter rival, Musk jokingly expressed his willingness to engage in a cage match if Zuckerberg was up for it. Zuckerberg responded with enthusiasm, saying, “Send Me Location,” on an Instagram story.

Dana White, the head of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), confirmed that both Zuckerberg and Musk were genuinely interested in the fight after speaking to them on the phone. This revelation added weight to the possibility of the clash materializing. Meanwhile, on a Twitter Space conversation, Musk admitted that he hadn’t started training yet but expressed his intention to do so if the fight were to happen. Bloomberg’s Ashlee Vance, who moderated the Space, cautioned Musk about the seriousness with which Zuckerberg takes Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

Despite the uncertainties surrounding the potential fight, Musk acknowledged its possibility and even hinted that it might actually happen. The enthusiasm from both sides has piqued public curiosity and led to discussions about the outcome of such a high-profile encounter.

While the fight’s actual occurrence remains uncertain, the excitement surrounding this potential showdown continues to grow.
