iPhone keyboard doesn’t have the kind of customizability that the Android phones have but here we present you with an interesting feature hidden in the iPhone keyboard that allows you to type keypad emoticons on your phone. Many people aren’t aware of it. Here is how you can achieve it:
Got Settings>General>Keyboard>Keyboards>Add New Keyboard>Japanese>Kana
Now the emoticon option is now enabled. On your keyboard, tap the “Globe” icon and then the Japanese characters at the bottom left of your screen. Now there is an emoticon icon ^-^ and you tap it. A whole list of emoticons will appear that you can scroll and choose your favorite one. You can also tap the arrow on the right to enjoy a full screen as well. So, emoticon away Apple users!
