Samsung’s new Galaxy Book 12, along with its more stable and smaller cousin Galaxy book 10, is here, and it is sure to give all the competitors a run for their money!
Unlike its previous version, Samsung has finally decided to add a keyboard to the tablet that is supposed to replace a laptop. The Book 12 and 10 also come with Samsung’s S-Pen stylus, thus, giving the user a variety of options for input.
The S Pen detects over 4000 levels of pressure sensitivity and has a 0.7mm rubber tip that never needs to be charged.
The Book 12 is more powerful of the two, with the device providing a powerful 2-in-1 Intel Core i5 processor, along with 4GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage. The Book 10, comes with a less powerful Intel Core m processor, 4GB of RAM and either 64GB or 128GB of storage along with a 10.6-inch, 1920 x 1280 pixel LCD.
For photo and video editing, Book 12 is the better of the two when we consider its high-end 12-inch AMOLED display producing vibrant graphics and vivid colors. Both tablets have two USB Type-C ports and up to 10 hours of battery life along with fast charging features. A microSD slot doubles the storage. The models also feature Wi-Fi and a 4G LTE option.
Samsung has also put in some powerful software features to the Book 12 and Book 10, which includes the Samsung Flow application allowing the users to receive and send text messages from your phones and tabs.
Samsung hasn’t revealed either the cost or the launch date of the spectacle, but it sure plans to give a great alternative to people who hate carrying their heavy laptops!
