This Is How The Samsung Galaxy S8 Will Look Like

Samsung’s 2017 flagship phone Galaxy S8 is rumored to release somewhere around April. Although the release is just a few months away, yet, curiosity is killing people who want to know about its enhanced features and customized outlook. Enthusiasts have been rendering different designs of the highly anticipated Galaxy S8 based on a picture leaked by one of the famous tech leaders, Evan Blass.

The Serial leaker had accurately revealed the Galaxy S7 ahead of its launch. This time, he has claimed that the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus will launch on March 29. Some sources within Samsung have hinted that the phone will debut at an event in South Korea.

Evan Blass tweeted the following picture of Samsung’s Galaxy S8.

The image leaked by Blass could be a prototype model of the Galaxy S8. According to the leak, the device will feature a back panel fingerprint scanner, a USB-C port, and the 3.5mm audio jack. This leak opposes the rumors that said that Samsung will drop the audio jack, just like Apple.

Some of the rumors suggest that the Galaxy S8 is going to have a drastic design change from the previous model i.e. Galaxy S7. Initially, when the designer Benjamin Geskin shared a render of the phone; some blogs took it as a leaked press image from Samsung itself. Geskin is known for designing renders of phones based on rumors and leaks.

The phone will have an infinity display with no home button. With no significant change in size from the S7, the phone offers a full-screen edge to edge bezel-less display. Some rumors suggest that there will be two rear cameras like Apple’s iPhone 7 Plus.

Like Siri and Cortana, Samsung will also offer an AI assistant after the acquisition of Viv Labs Inc which is a firm run by the co-creator of Siri voice assistant program.

The device will feature an edge-to-edge infinity display. Moreover, the display is expected to have a 4K resolution. This high-resolution will create an amazing viewer experience, but it will also increase the power consumption which could result in a larger battery.

The biggest hardware upgrade, if present, is going to be Qualcomm’s latest processor, the Snapdragon 835 which no other phone of the year is expected to have.
