Ferrari Has Unveiled It’s Most Utilitarian Vehicle Ever – But It’s Still Not An SUV

Ferrari has finally revealed it’s brand new and state-of-the-art utilitarian vehicle christened “Ferrari Purosangue”. Although the brand has been renowned for manufacturing contemporary sports cars but for the first time in its 75 years of history, Ferrari has stepped up to the development of this pragmatic vehicle. However, the CEO of the company, Benedetto Vinga, has drawn attention to an important fact as he said, “Please don’t call it an SUV, because it isn’t.” Hence, it is pretty clear now that this utilitarian car has its own specialties, which are way different than those of an SUV. In addition to this, the then CEO of Ferrari, Sergio Marchionne, reportedly chose “death over making crossovers” when a conversation took place regarding this, six years ago.

Coupled with this, the magnificent Ferrari Purosangue features a notable “prancing horse logo” on one of its front sides that primarily gives the notion of its speedy nature, somewhat similar to its sports cars. It has to be noted that the vehicle has exceeded the speed capacity in comparison to Urus and Betayga as it can go up to 60 mph in just 3.3 seconds, thus demonstrating its incredible accelerating power. This four-door Ferrari contains a 715 horsepower V12 engine and you would be amazed to know that the concept behind its throttle response has also been designed in accordance with its sports cars. This is super cool, isn’t it?

As already noted, the vehicle can achieve a maximum speed of 192 miles (310 km) in one hour, thus underlining the exceptional design parameters of its F140IA engine. Not only this, this specially designed engine can reach the most effective limit of torque of 716 Nm with already 80% of it can easily be reachable at 2100 rpm. Moreover, the vehicle has a magnificent blend of the carbon-fiber roof along with four extensive seats that also contain a facility for electric heating as well.

To that end, the two rear-hinged doors prove a cherry on top and give it a more appealing look. With all these incredible features, the car must come at a good price. It has been reported that this Ferrari Purosangue falls within the price range of US$390,000 which is a lot more expensive than Lamborghini Urus and Bentley Bentayga. Urus comes at a price of US$225,000 and Bentley comes at around US$206,800.
