Elon Musk Mocks Mark Zuckerberg After He Cancelled The Cage Fight, Likening Him To A Chicken

In yet another exchange that caught the attention of the internet, Elon Musk took a jab at Mark Zuckerberg, likening him to a chicken. This playful spat came about after Zuckerberg expressed his belief that it was time to move on from their much-anticipated cage fight. Musk, known for his witty remarks, wasn’t about to let this pass without a response.

“Elon won’t confirm a date, then says he needs surgery, and now asks to do a practice round in my backyard instead,” Zuckerberg said in his post. “If Elon ever gets serious about a real date and official event, he knows how to reach me. Otherwise, time to move on.”

“Zuck is a chicken,” Musk wrote in a tweet on Sunday.

“He can’t eat at chic fil a because that would be cannibalism,” Musk wrote in another tweet, referencing Chick-fil-A, a fast-food chain known for its chicken sandwiches.

Zuckerberg’s initial doubt about Musk’s commitment to the fight prompted Musk to playfully accuse him of trying to wriggle out of the showdown. Musk, the mind behind Tesla and SpaceX, didn’t stop there. He also took a dig at the disparity in their physical sizes. To emphasize his point, Musk even leaked a series of text messages between the two, revealing Zuckerberg’s rejection of Musk’s suggestion for a practice match in his backyard ring.

“While I think it is very unlikely, given our size difference, perhaps you are a modern-day Bruce Lee and will somehow win,” Musk told Zuckerberg, per the screenshot.

Despite Musk’s boasts about his training and physique, a firm date for the fight has yet to be established. Adding to the intrigue, Zuckerberg refuted Musk’s claim that the battle would take place at a grand “ancient Rome” setting. Musk, on his part, remained non-committal about the fight’s certainty, citing a shoulder injury requiring surgery.

“If he ever agrees on an actual date, you’ll hear it from me,” Zuckerberg said in a Threads post. “Until then, please assume anything he says has not been agreed on.”

The representatives for both Musk and Zuckerberg remained tight-lipped as requests for comments flooded in, particularly from the media outlet Insider. “However, there is a problem with my right shoulder blade rubbing against my ribs, which requires minor surgery. Recovery will only take a few months,” Musk tweeted.

As the verbal back-and-forth continues, the public eagerly awaits further updates on whether this light-hearted feud will materialize into an actual physical confrontation or if it will simply fade away as a clever social media exchange between two tech titans.
