Company Returns Entire Tesla Vehicle Fleet Because Of Elon Musk

Tscherning, a major Danish construction company, has announced it is returning all its Tesla vehicles in response to increasing criticism of the brand in Europe. The move follows a significant decrease in Tesla’s European popularity, which is largely attributable to the escalating controversy surrounding Musk’s political views.

Tscherning announced that they choose both the type of vehicle and the company behind it. Tscherning stated that Tesla’s cars continue to be reliable, but the firm no longer shares the same values as the company due to Musk’s vocal political affiliations. Tscherning plans to allocate resources towards European electric vehicles.

This isn’t an isolated case. A year later, major German pharmacy chain Rossmann followed suit, expressing concerns about their ties to Tesla due to Musk’s political views. A growing number of European companies and individuals are choosing to distance themselves from Tesla.

The company is experiencing a significant decline in sales as a result. Sales of the Model Y haven’t improved in the second quarter; they’re still lagging behind Q1 performance, which was already 40% lower than the previous year. Sales of new Teslas are dwindling while their owners are selling in droves, causing used models to become even cheaper.

Tesla faces a serious risk to its sales and its overall presence in Europe as more people and organizations shun its products. Experts predict that Tesla may have to reduce its workforce and close some of its stores unless the company can regain its reputation or separate itself from Musk’s polarizing political views. One thing is clear at this point: purchasing a used Tesla could be the best option for those seeking a deal.
