My last employer insisted on Confidentiality Agreements CA’s then proceeded to steal all the superannuation owed to hundreds of his employees… He should have checked, not all employees signed, we just haven’t been able to put him behind bars yet but working on it. You don’t need CA’s if you have noting to hide… Wouldn’t trust this DH as far as I could throw him.
