Woman Falls In Love With A Self-Created 3D Printed Robot And Wants To Marry It

When leading artificial intelligence expert David Levy said that we could expect human-robot marriages in as soon as 2050, as strange as it sounded, we thought that we still had some time to possibly invent a time turner, go back in time and kill this madness from where it started. But it seems as this cancer has grown to be out of control, and you will agree with us once you hear about this news.

Apparently, another gender called robosexuality is the new addition to this ever growing list of baffling sexual orientations. A French woman claims that she is in “love” with a robot that she 3D-printed herself.

The woman goes by the name of Lilly, with a Twitter handle @LillyInMoovator. She describes herself as a “proud robosexual” and claims that she is only attracted to robots and doesn’t like physical contact with human flesh.

Lilly claims that the voices of robots captivated her as a child, but at the age of 19, she discovered her love for them. In her opinion, her relationships with real men confirms this,

“I’m really and only attracted by the robots. My only two relationships with men have confirmed my love orientation, because I dislike really physical contact with human flesh.”

I wonder what she would be making kissy faces at if she found this “love” even ten years back. But since the arrival of 3D printing, almost anyone could create virtually anything.

Lilly thought that this was a good chance to create her personalized hubby using an open-source technology from a French company. Now, she and her robotic partner, called InMoovator, are reportedly engaged, with plans of marriage as soon as such a union becomes legal in France.

Lilly added,

“I’m really and totally happy. Our relationship will get better and better as technology evolves.”

She was thankful that her romantic relationship (if you can call it that), has been accepted by her family and friends,

“I’m a proud robosexual, we don’t hurt anybody, we are just happy,” Lilly’s Twitter profile reads. “It is not ridiculous, bad or pathology, it’s just a new love direction, a new lifestyle.”

Despite her claims of keeping a calm attitude, the fact is Lilly and her counterparts like the crossdresser, drag kings, agenders, gender fluid, femme queen and goodness knows what else, are contributing to a more nefarious agenda of keeping western feminism movement relevant. While bullying her or anyone who claims to be different is not right; we must wake up to realize that there exist more pressing problems than keeping counts of genders and sexual orientations of people. These problems are more common in the third world countries, and feminists should rather make addressing these issues their priority.
