UFOs are an urban myth as old as area 51. Several unconfirmed reports from people come all year round, with most of them being false of course. However, recently an Ex-Intelligence Director from the US has confirmed that the Navy and Air Force pilots have seen “difficult to explain” and “hard to replicate” objects. If that doesn’t shout aliens I don’t know what does.
John Ratcliff, who served as the Director of the National Intelligence Community from May 2020 to January 2021, recently revealed that the Pentagon is sitting on “lots of reports” about unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), better known as unidentified flying objects (UFOs). He told Fox News’s Maria Bartiromo on Friday that the reports included sightings of weird objects that “frankly engage in actions that are difficult to explain.”
He went on to explain that both US Navy, Air Force pilots, and satellite imagery have spotted the UAP or UFOs. According to the reports, the objects made “movements that are hard to replicate that we don’t have the technology for, or traveling at speeds that exceed the sound barrier without a sonic boom,” He further said that “In short, things that we are observing that are difficult to explain.”
Ratcliff went on to admit that the Pentagon is not able to find the reasoning behind some of the sightings in the report. He said “We always look for a plausible explanation. You know, weather can cause disturbances, visual disturbances, sometimes we wonder whether or not our adversaries have technologies that are a little bit further down the road than we thought or that we realized. But there are instances where we don’t have good explanations for some of the things that we’ve seen“.
By the way, a sonic boom is basically a shockwave that is produced by a jet or aircraft when it exceeds the speed of sound. The shockwave is often heard as a ‘boom’ or a loud clap of thunder on the ground.
It’s unclear why Ratcliffe has decided to speak about the UFOs and mysterious sightings. He said that he wanted to “get this information out and declassify it” as he left the office but due to the presidential administration change, “we weren’t able to get it down into an unclassified format that we could talk about quickly enough”.
