Talk about saving space…
In 2017, Alabama’s Timbercraft Time Homes impressed everyone with their tiny towable house project called the Denali which compromised of total floor space of 325 sq ft with 11ft high ceilings. This year, the firm is back again with the upgraded model of the house, the Denali XL Bunkhouse which can easily accommodate up to six people.
While the original Denali was based on a triple-axle trailer, the Denali XL is based on quad-axle and measures about 41.4ft long and 9.8 ft wide, making it one of the biggest tiny houses on the market (Guess you won’t be able to tow this on the road without a permit).
The bunkhouse is designed in a beautiful cottage-like style with rustic shiplap walls, wooden floors, groove ceilings and French doors. The exterior is also built to give it a more spacious look with plenty of windows and a solid metallic roof. There are two doors, one in the living room and one in the kitchen which have access from outside. The kitchen is quite spacious and not-so-tiny in this tiny house and includes a breakfast bar sitting for two people, stove and an oven, fridge, dishwasher as well as a cabinet. The living room which is adjacent to the kitchen also has plenty of windows which makes it bright and spacious. At the opposite end of the living room, is the master bedroom which contains plenty of storage space, a king-size bed and a large closet. Of course, we can’t forget about the bathroom which contains a full-size bathtub and a separate shower, a toilet and a vanity sink. It also has a tiny washing machine and dryer included (it cant get better than this!)
There are also two loft bedrooms which can be accessed by a staircase located between the kitchen and bathroom and both can easily fit in a double bed so you don’t have to worry about where your guests would stay over. It’s like a dream house for people who prefer the minimalistic life!
