Cling wrap or plastic wrap as it is commonly referred to has lost its touch. Have you ever thought it was much better back in the day and could stick much better than it does today? If you have, then you are not alone and you are not wrong either.
It has an interesting story behind it. it all happened back in 2000 when it was found that burning the plastic wrap in the trash incinerators released harmful chemicals into the environment and the recipe for it was changed which resulted in a little less stickiness but no more harmful chemicals.
