This American Engineer Is Being Dubbed The New Nikola Tesla – Thanks To His Innovative UFO Patents

The UFO patents presented by an American engineer Dr. Salvatore Cezar Pais have been receiving hype for a long time now. It is claimed that the design presented rivals that of Nikola Tesla. The designs comprise a hybrid vehicle with an innovative propulsion system that would work in the air, underwater, and in space. Also, there will be a fusion reactor, a gravitational wave generator, and even a “spacetime modification weapon.”

This had an interest of the US Navy. However, the patents speak of impractical technology that is yet to be introduced. The revived attention towards the patents maybe because of the Chinese developments in the same arena.

Earlier, Dr. Pais came up with the 2018 patent for a cone-shaped craft. It would have been able to function both in the sea and air. This would have been made possible by creating a quantum vacuum with an energy field. The craft would be undetectable as it won’t release heat. Controlling the “quantum field fluctuations” in the vacuum would counteract inertia and resistance, resulting in “extreme speeds.” Still, it is not possible with the current state of technology.

Another of his innovations was Plasma Compression Fusion Device that could generate more power than a nuclear reactor. An application of this is the “Spacetime Modification Weapon” (SMW). It is described as “a weapon that can make the Hydrogen bomb seem more like a firecracker, in comparison.”  Another one is a patent for an electromagnetic field generator.

The Pais Effect was explained in an interview with The Drive where it was described as “the generation of extremely high electromagnetic energy fluxes (and hence high local energy densities) generated by the controlled motion of electrically charged matter (from solid to plasma states) subjected to accelerated vibration and/or accelerated spin, via rapid acceleration transients.”

Among the critics, Carl Willis, the reactor supervisor at the University of New Mexico, called Dr. Pais’s work, “a classic case of pathological science” that’s heavy on jargon and ”nonsensical statements.”

Physicist Stephen Webb of the University of Portsmouth in England stated that “I find it puzzling frankly that the patents were awarded.“ He called Pais’s ideas a, “wonderful wish list of things that we want,” which, “doesn’t make sense in terms of physics.”

Timothy Boulay of NAWCAD stated that Pais’s High Energy Electromagnetic Field Generator was tested from 2016 until 2019, at a cost of $508,000The team working on the project had at least 10 technicians and engineers and they worked for 1,600 hours. However, in the end, Pais Effect “could not be proven,” shared Boulay.

Dr. Pais’s education comprises a Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and he has worked as a NASA Research Fellow for the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) in Maryland. Further, he worked as a general engineer as well as an advanced concept analyst for Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems, one of the world’s top companies for next-generation aerospace and defense technologies. However, his theories are still under question.
