This 45-Year-Old Multimillionaire Spends $2 Million Annually To Get The Body Of an 18-Year Old

If you thought age reversal was impossible before this, you might want to think again. A 45-year-old software millionaire went above and beyond to achieve his goal of appearing to be an 18-year-old man.

This is not your typical cosmetic procedure or fitness classes and routines to maintain your body. The multimillionaire is undergoing expensive medical experiments to modify his diet and physical activity in line with his vital signs which are checked ever so frequently.

Hence, at the moment, 45-year-old Bryan Johnson has achieved what others have only been dreaming of accomplishing: A reversal of age by as many as five years, Bloomberg reported. He wants to have the brain, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, tendons, teeth, skin, hair, bladder, penis and rectum of an 18-year-old.

“The body delivers a certain configuration at age 18,” he says. “This really is an impassioned approach to achieve age 18 everywhere.” Johnson is well aware that this can sound like derangement, but he doesn’t much care. “This is expected and fine,” he says of the criticism he’s received.

This experiment being done is called Project Blueprint by Johnson and his team comprising more than 30 doctors and health experts monitoring his every bodily function. The team, led by regenerative medicine physician Oliver Zolman, 29, has committed to reversing the ageing process in all of Johnson’s organs.

Johnson wakes every morning at 5 am, takes two dozen supplements, works out for an hour, drinks green juice laced with creatine and collagen peptides, and brushes and flosses his teeth while rinsing with tea-tree oil and antioxidant gel.

Before bedtime, Johnson wears glasses that block blue light for two hours. Johnson sticks to a 1,977-calorie vegan diet, takes a number of medicines, and even sticks to a sleep schedule. Meanwhile, he monitors everything from his bowels and his body fat to his nocturnal erections. So far, Johnson claims to have seen good results, improving measures such as his blood pressure and lung capacity.

A typical Blueprint morning.

“What I do may sound extreme, but I’m trying to prove that self-harm and decay are not inevitable,” Johnson told the outlet.

Apart from that, Johnson also undergoes a treatment where he receives a series of fat injections in his face to generate a scaffolding of young person’s fat cells.

Johnson routinely monitors his blood glucose levels as well as other biomarkers.

“Currently my speed of ageing is .76 (DunedinPACE). That means for every 365 days each year, I age 277 days. My goal is to remain the same age biologically for every 365 days that pass, “he added, “On the surface, Blueprint may seem like something about health, wellness, and ageing. To me, it’s a philosophy.”

While it is true that there is no person who is chronologically 45 but 35 in every organ in his body other than Johnson but is spending $2 million every year for such a treatment worth it? Or is he just another millionaire test subject of science undergoing laboratory experiments?
