The ‘Inventor Of Email’ Has Applied For The Post Of Twitter CEO – On Twitter

American Indian Shiva Ayyadurai, who is credited with “creating email,” has applied to become CEO of the social networking site Twitter after Elon Musk launched an online vote asking users if he should step down as CEO.

In a tweet to Elon Musk, Ayyadurai stated, “@Twitter, I’m interested in the CEO role.” I have four MIT degrees and have founded seven successful high-tech software enterprises. “Please advise on the application process.” The tweet has garnered over 9 million views till now, and users have flocked to it, with many praising the man for his incredible credentials, whereas others are responding in a non-affirmative way to the tweet.

Shiva Ayyadurai was born in Mumbai on December 2, 1963. Ayyadurai built computer software called “Email” in 1978 when he was only 14 years old. The program reproduced the inbox, outbox, folders, memos, attachments, address book, and other features of the interoffice mailing system.

Four years later, in 1982, the US government granted Ayyadurai the copyright to Email, at a time when copyright was the only mechanism for protecting software inventions. Since then, he has been recognized as the inventor of email.

His recent creation, CytoSolve, offers a platform for modeling complicated biological events to facilitate the development of multi-combination therapies without any cruel animal testing. Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai is a systems scientist with four degrees from MIT and has a formidable educational background and career. Looking at the credentials of Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, he seems to be a competent candidate for the position. Before Ayyadurai, popular YouTuber MrBeast asked Musk if he could be the next Twitter CEO. Musk replied by saying, “It’s not out of the question.”
