Imagine waking up to a new view of your choice from your apartment’s window every morning. Italian-Israeli architect David Fisher has just made it possible with his latest design for a skyscraper that is to be built in Dubai by 2020.
Dynamic Tower will allow its residents to rotate their apartments to an angle of their own choice since each of the 80 floors of the tower have the ability to rotate a full 360 degrees.
Fisher was enthusiastic about the idea of designing a morphing skyscraper since the time he first gazed his eyes on the view from the 51-story, Olympic Tower in NYC back in 2004.
The ever-morphing shape of the Dynamic Tower is just only one of its startling features. The tower is planned to have its own solar panels, built-in turbines along with a car elevator, so that the residents may park their cars next to their apartments.
Keeping in mind the next generation features of the Dynamic Tower, the extravagant prices of its apartment would not come as a surprise. The price could range from $4 million to $40 million for each of its units.
After the tower will be completed, the city, already famous for its tallest building, will have another architecture to brag about.
