On Sunday at the Computex conference in Taipei, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang unveiled the company’s latest AI platform, Rubin.
Huang provided only a few specifics about the Rubin platform, calling it Nvidia’s “next-generation platform.” He emphasized that Rubin will include the latest version of high-bandwidth memory, HBM4.
