Airblock system is Lego’s high-tech cousin where magnetic, modular parts are joined to create the perfect drone or hovercraft. The modular blocks are easily replaceable and are non-hazardous as they are made from engineered plastic foam. The material is also durable as it has incredible shock-absorbing properties, thus making your drone nearly indestructible.

Jasen Wang, the founder of the startup, said his inspiration was teaching students (STEM) science, technology, engineering and math (content). He said,

The drone technology can be controlled using the Airblock app, which allows users of every background to code their way and create an interface to their creations. The app uses Bluetooth to control the drone and will be available on both iOS and Android.
