World-famous for its architectural wonders, Dubai is about to get even more impressive when the world’s highest residential building, the Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina, continues to develop.
The world’s tallest residential skyscraper, the Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina, designed by Woods Bagot and WSP Middle East, is set to rise to a breathtaking height of 517 metres (1,696 feet), surpassing New York City’s Central Park Tower in the process. Redefining the meaning of luxury urban living, this unique tower has just 251 ultra-luxurious units spread across 122 floors.
The interior design, created by Mitchell & Eades, will be an ideal blend of sophistication and grace, combining regular residences with luxurious multi-story “sky mansions” throughout. With up to 14,102 square feet and five bedrooms, these residences will provide comfort and style, as well as views of the city.
Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina will emphasize resident wellness and lifestyle amenities in addition to its incredible design. The skyscraper will provide an extensive array of facilities, from cutting-edge exercise centres to longevity zones specifically created for that purpose. Residential health and wellness will reach new heights with features like virtual cycling studios, infinity pools, wellness clinics, and cardio and strength gyms.
Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina has had specific difficulties despite its remarkable popularity. The global financial crisis put the construction of what was originally intended to be the Pentominium Tower on hold in 2007. Nevertheless, the project has gained momentum since Select Group recently paid $100 million to purchase the unfinished structure. As of late 2028, development is estimated to be completed at a rate of 25%.
Despite ongoing concerns about climate change, Dubai’s hunger for large-scale construction projects is unabated. The highest level of luxury living in the city’s constantly changing skyline can be found at Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina, home to noteworthy developments like the Mercedes-Benz-branded tower and the Bugatti-themed vehicle tower.
