Aston Martin Has Opened A 66-story Residential Tower In Miami

Aston Martin’s 66-story residential skyscraper, the luxury automaker’s first venture into real estate, is a recent addition to Miami’s skyline.

Situated at the mouth of the Miami River, the “Aston Martin Residences Miami” comprises 391 units, varying from one-bedroom apartments to seven penthouses including private pools and patios. The most expensive apartment, called the “Unique Triplex Penthouse,” is still up for grabs at an astounding $59 million.

An infinity pool, a two-story fitness center, movie theaters, a virtual golf simulator, a sky bar, a spa, and even a private butler service are all included in this amazing sail-shaped structure. A superyacht marina provides residents with direct access to the water as well.

The result of a collaboration with architect Rodolfo Miani, the building’s aerodynamic shape ensures that it does not only stand out but also harmonizes with the Miami skyline given the wind patterns in the area. The structure takes a widening approach from its base towards the mid-section before narrowing down as it reaches the top, producing an appealing sight to behold.

There were considerable hurdles— limited space and stringent local regulations on construction. Yet, elements reflecting Aston Martin’s identity have been seamlessly woven into this final design despite these challenges: bespoke door handles, number plinths, and kestrel tan leather details.

Other luxury car manufacturers, such as Aston Martin, are not the only ones involved in moving into real estate. In 2026, a 63-story Bentley building will be launched at Sunny Isles Beach with an elevator that is specifically designed for cars.

Serving as concrete evidence to the sophistication of high-performance design fused with unmatchable amenities in the ultra-luxury living niche, Aston Martin Residences Miami is nearly completely sold out— with 99% of its units already taken.
