#26 is not A BUILDING, those are 4 buildings (with an s) so arranged to look like Swastika.
They are dorms and is you look at the buildings before them they are shaped as planes attacking the Swastika. They were designed that way.
I live in Boise and have gone up and stood on that before. :p
A lot of those Nevada ones are just bombing range stuff, nothing mysterious. You see the same patterns at all ranges. Check out Avon Park Bombing Range, FL and you will see the same patterns.
