Imagine a 1-meter box. Now imagine you can ride and travel on it. No, we are not kidding, there actually exists a scooter like that! About four years ago, BOXX scooter was unveiled as a concept and this year, it has become a reality.
BOXX is just 1 meter long, can travel up to 97 km on one electric charging and has a reasonable turn of speed. The 3-phased engine produces a torque of 111 Nm that is transferred to both wheels by a patented wheel-drive system. This provides grip and stability to the vehicle in all situations.
Different models have different distance and speed ranges. The maximum speed for the model is 87 km/h and this can be adjusted to accommodate riders without motorbike license in order to meet law requirements.
