Welt is the perfect marriage of style and technology. The smart waist belt tracks data relating to your health and offers suggestions as well as warnings to improve your fitness.
Welt comes in a host of colours including beige, burgundy, blue, black, light brown, brown, cobalt sea, cerulean wave, and navy. Welt tracks three key fitness indicators: activity, waist size, and food consumption.
A magnetic waist sensor is integrated into the buckle of Welt to track the waist size in real time. Welt can record waist sizes from 28-44 inches.
The pedometer embedded in Welt counts your steps as well as notifies you about the time you spend in the chair. Increased waist size is a direct result of higher calorie intake. Based on the food you eat, your waist size can expand and contract in up to 30 minutes. Welt monitors these pattern to ensure you are not overeating!
Welt comes with an incredible battery life of 20 days. Once it runs out of juice, you can charge it via a micro USB port.
The accompanying app provides real-time feedback and offers actionable insights to the Welt users.
