Mercedes-Maybach 6 is designed to pack sophistication with the excellent performance of an electric engine. The underfloor battery of the cabriolet gives it a range of 500 km and 550 kW of output. The “four compact permanent magnet synchronous electric motors” power up the engine to go from 0 to 60 mph in four seconds, reaching top speeds of 155 mph.

As Tesla strives hard to reach the top of the electric vehicle market, Mercedes has its luxurious Maybach 6 to compete. It comes with a quick charging option where five minutes of charging will boost the car’s range for an extra 60 miles. Apart from the comfort and aesthetics of the car, the emission-free engine makes it a bright attraction for every car lover.

The intelligent system of the Mercedes-Maybach 6 learns and predicts the needs of the passengers and offers them real-time solutions. The Concierge function allows the passengers to communicate in real time instead of giving out pre-defined voice commands. The smart system is embedded with biometric sensors to monitor the mental and physical health status of the passengers onboard.

The six-meter length of the cabriolet is a very prominent feature with a “360° open-air luxury lounge, and as Mercedes puts it, the feel comes from the interior fixings and features.

“In the case of the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 Cabriolet, this traditional seat upholstery boasts a futuristic interpretation: each individual button of the quilting depicts a delicate Mercedes star, backlit in blue. The open-pore wood floor with inlaid aluminum underscores the lounge sensation and the connection to yachting.”

The Mercedes-Maybach was debuted at the Monterey Car Week that was held in California from August 15 to August 20. If you are one of those people who yearn for technology without compromising the quality of craftsmanship and aesthetics, this is just the kind of thing you want.
