    I learnt typing in 1998, and the bumps were featured on keyboards even then. It’s completely inaccurate information when you talk about dates. They were present even on type writers that were introduced before 1990s.

      may b u r right brother, even in kep pad contained mobile phone v can find it. I was told that it was for the blind persons to identify n make typing and same with systems also i hope…..
