    No, no the cleverness of this is that pennies probably cost less at 1c each than almost any other material. People have done floors this way that cost about $2.50/sq ft. which is cheaper than tile, hardwood, etc. This is why the penny should be done away with! It costs way more to make a penny than 1c.

    Thinking creative but with huge resource is not actually creative. He could have ordered plastic coins (saving money and if in any case stolen no huge loss) and make that. Once my uncle said making right decision but at wrong time is not actually right decision.
