Singapore Airport Will Now Feature A Waterfall And Artificial Clouds

No airport in the world can even be compared to this one! Singapore’s futuristic Jewel Changi Airport has announced that it will feature an architectural landscape design that will consist of an amusement park, a waterfall and even some artificial indoor clouds for the travelers!

The airport is due to open in 2019 and besides having an amusement park and a 131-foot tall waterfall, it will also feature a five-story garden, bouncing canopy nets and hedge maze based on a natural theme.

The indoor tropical gardens will be enclosed in a glass and steel structure, with the waterfall, called the Rain Vortex, placed right at the center of the artificial paradise.

Visitors at the airport will jump their way through the bouncy nets suspended three floors from the canopy. Meanwhile, kids will also be able to touch and marvel at the indoor clouds floating above the man-made forest’s floor.

The jungle environment will be rounded off with placing life-size stuffed animals on the garden walkways while the indoor flower garden will be adorned with huge floral sculptures.

The spectacular design has been presented by an award winning architect, Moshe Safdie. The building will also host features contributed by teams from all around the world including France, Germany, Britain, US, Netherlands, and Singapore.

Can’t 2019 come any faster?
