“In comparison to the “Husky Small Tool Pouch”, Klein’s latest pouch is lighter, slightly smaller, and more flexible. I have been looking for the perfect small bag to carry a couple of tools instead of putting them in my pockets. It has only one large pocket that’s good to fit a small pair of lineman’s pliers or strippers. All pockets are tapered and opened at the bottom. The belt loop is stitched so you will need to pull a belt through it. It’s designed to be exactly what I want it to be, and I have no complaints about it.” – Amazon’s Customer Review.

Also, this tool pouches has a good design in such that if it becomes snagged on something and you pull on it, it won’t tear the buttons on the flaps used to attach it to the belt will give. I normally don’t like heavy items hanging from my belt while I work, but this is perfect for maintenance tasks around the house and shop. Sometimes I just use it to load up tools I need for a project and carry it around with me. If I don’t weigh it down too much, it fits on a belt very comfortably. It’s built very well too. I liked it so well I purchased one to give away as a gift.” – Amazon’s Customer Review.

“I am an electrician by trade, working as a maintenance man in a factory. I have used electrician’s bags, totes, tool rolls, you name it, and I have tried it over the years. I had more or less settled on CLC brand items as my preferred brand, but this jewel might just make me a convert. It is very well made, rigid in the back where it needs to be, and just about the perfect size for average jobs. I use it when I know what tools to take for a given task. It is particularly useful in a man lift because I can use the belt clip to fasten it on the chest strap of my harness. Repairing lights is easy with the tools right in front of you! I find I am using it more and more as I get accustomed to it. I highly recommend this product, and will try other McGuire-Nicholas products in the future.” – Amazon’s Customer Review.

Klein Tools Tool Pouch ($8.91)

This unit by Klien Tools is a Cordura Ballistic nylon zipper bag. It has an overall length of 12 1.2 inches and weighs 0.24 pounds. It can conveniently store pliers, wrenches, screwdriver and other tools and spare parts. The Cordura, a double synthetic fibre gives the ultimate durability and quality. It has heavy duty seams and bomb-proof zipper. A great functioning tool with a sleek design.

I am giving the Klein Zipper Bag 5139B bag five stars just because I could not think of nothing wrong with it. It is made similar to the 5139C Klein Zipper Bag, but the nylon weave on the 5139C is not quite as heavy. I bought both the 5139B and the 5139C because the colouring of one was different from the other. I also prefer the way the 5139B is fabricated; the Zipper is about 1/4 inch closer to the finished edge of the bag; however, both bags are very usable and am happy with both. I would rate both bags to be very sturdy for my purpose.” – Amazon’s Customer Review.

Custom Leathercraft Tool Pouches ($13.99)

This is Dewalt’s small maintenance, electrician’s pouch. The unit has a large main pocket for conveniently accessing tools and parts and additional web loops and sleeve pockets which provide multiple storage options. The durable ballistic poly fabric includes reinforced edges for extra wear. It also has electrical tape strap plus carabiner for keys. Perfect tool holder for contractors who need to have their tools with them.

“I purchased this for the small set of tools I need for my usual maintenance work, and it works just fine. Sturdy without being stiff, big enough for everything (2 screwdrivers, two wrenches, flashlight, tape measure, electrical & plumbing tape, Altoid box of washers, Altoid box of electrical bits, pencil, pen, notebook, big ring of keys, phone) without getting in the way. I appreciate it having a clip as well as a belt loop, as I usually have just to grab it and run. It does have a tendency to gap open, especially if it is fully laden, but an elastic loop and a hook on either side of the gap solved the problem. After that, I decided to remove one of the inner loops and replace it with an adjustable velcro loop (a few things were a bit too big or irregular to fit in the fixed loops). I expect to have to modify the flashlight loop a bit after the new one arrives, but that’s just my odd taste in flashlights.

I suppose the fact that it isn’t perfect is balanced by how easy it is to monkey with it. Would also make a good man-bag if you need to butch up.” – Amazon’s Customer Review.

Custom Leathercraft Tool Pouches ($5.99)

This unit by Custom LeatherCraft is made from polyester fabric. It has three-way attachment options for pants. It can securely hold small tools or accessories like pliers, mini-flashlights, etc. Measures 7 x 4 inches. Small but holds everything you might need for a day trip.

“I purchased this to replace my Nite-Ize holster. The Nite-Ize held my iPhone 3 with a rubber protective case too tightly and required two hands for removal. This holster holds the phone just as securely while only needed one hand for replacement. I also carry a Leatherman Super Tool (which I love). The (s almost) too deep multi-tool pocket sheaths the Super Tools sharp edges which better protects my iPhone screen. I carry a small adjustable wrench next to the Super Tool. A Mini-Mag AA LED Pro rides in the loop. My Maglite is black and is not conspicuous when worn.

This holder is bigger than the average sheath, but not overly generous. I believe that most people that carry a sheath/holder will be happy with the size of this holder.” – Amazon’s Customer Review.

Custom Leathercraft Tool Pouches ($7.07)

This is also Custom LeatherCraft’s multi-purpose clip on zippered bags. These bags are made from polyester fabric and come in three convenient sizes of 9″ x 7″, 7″ x 6″ and 6″ x 5″. The durable clip hands on tool belts, belt loops, etc. Ideal for carrying fasteners, drill bits, etc.

“Pretty impressive! They are about the size I anticipated (see picture) and feel well constructed. The clips for attaching them are plastic so if you are going to attach them to a bag that may get snagged on something you might want to reconsider. For my purposes, however, they are perfect. I organise the items in my every day carries bag in these. I bought two sets and will be buying more.” – Amazon’s Customer Review.
