“I looked for months trying to find a replacement holster for my Leatherman Wave/Mini Maglight combo. I was so happy to find this. My original holster was trashed from years (about ten years) of everyday use. This one fits both the multi-tool and the flashlight perfectly. The compartment for the multi-tool is just slightly wider than the original but still holds the tool snug. I have been using this holster for about a month, and the quality of the holster seems to be similar to that of the original.” – Amazon’s Customer Review.

This holster is great. I installed it on the Milwaukee tool belt, on the front left side. The snap is easy to disconnect with one hand, and when you connect it, you feel the “click.” The small bit pockets are great too.” – Amazon’s Customer Review.

“I work as an at&t technician, and wanted a holder to keep my standard tools handy at all times. I decided to give it a try after reading the positive feedback and haven’t been disappointed. So much so, I’ve purchased several extra units for my coworkers (9 bucks? I’ll take three!), and THEY are spreading the word to others as well. It’s extremely sturdy, quality stitching, and even looks good. As for the tool rundown, I carry in it: flat-head, Philips-head, needle-nose and can wrench in the main pouch; snaps on the right; punch-down and the NID security tool in the middle; a pen and small zip-ties on the left. That’s nine different items at the ready, without considerably weighing me down, and preventing me from digging through a tool bag. AND, you can also clip on a tape measure on the front, or pepper spray, as I more often do (Make that TEN item!) BOTTOM LINE: An excellent tool holder and worth at least twice as much.” – Amazon’s Customer Review.

“I do live event production (audio/video/lighting) and got tired of carrying my minimal tool set in my pants pockets when the show doesn’t call for carrying my whole tool pouch on my belt. I have been looking for a small pouch like this, and Setwear offers some, but I didn’t want to pay their prices. I saw a Pock-Its on another guy at a show and ordered one the next day. I was mainly annoyed by my diagonal cutters and a non-contact voltage detector, and this pouch fits both perfectly. I can hang random things from the little D-ring, and stick a c-wrench and Bulbtronics/Barbizon Light Speed Wrench in the back. It’s ideal. I can even throw a screwdriver or hex key set in there was well, or in the low stretchy pouch on the front. That area is right for clipping a tape measure too.

Now, I have no experience with the old one, but I’ll take a plastic clip over a nylon loop any day. If it had Velcro closure, it’s going to get ripped off at my job. If it was just a loop, that sucks because this isn’t something I put on in the morning and wear all day – it might get taken off and put back on a couple of times throughout my day, and the clip makes that easy. It isn’t as hardcore as the flashlight holster clip. It’s much more flexible and easier to manage but holds just as well.

It is super well constructed out of thick nylon – the same stuff used on another sturdy tool pouch I’ve had for years, and the Nite-Ize flashlight holster (which is the best flashlight holster).

If you are looking for something that’s an extra pocket or slightly more than a single-tool holster, this will work for you.” – Amazon’s Customer Review.

2. Custom Leathercraft Tool Holster ($11.99)

This is Customs LeatherCraft polyester fabric drill holster. This holster can hold most of the T-drills. It has multiple outer pockets for organising bits. A safety strap with a quick release buckle is integrated with the hook and loop to keep the strap back when not in use. The unit is perfectly built for drilling jobs and makes it safe for you or the drill. The holster also comes equipped with three medium open pouches for holding items such as flashlights, and also six small loops for holding different drill bits.

“I haven’t worn a holster since the mid-1950’s, and it was made by Mattel for its Fanner 50 toy six-gun. So permit this old geezer to wax nostalgic as I strap on my new DeWalt 20-volt Max Drill/Driver. This holder is the perfect match for my cordless drill. I’ve tried all the hooks and loops that were made for the same purpose, but they all fall short in one respect or another. Either they allow too much movement of the drill, which bangs into ladders, projects and people, or they are prone to dropping the tool. This holder snugly holds the drill close to the body and facilitates taking a firm grip of the drill by its handle. There is no wasted motion. When your drill is lifted from the holder, it is accomplished in one fluid motion, and you are ready to work – whether it be to engage a screw, drill a hole, or pump the bad guys full of lead eh, excuse me, I got carried away.” – Amazon’s Customer Review.

“I bought this for the Gerber Diesel, and it’s a perfect fit! I was a little sceptical about the brand at first. But this holster is sturdy and rugged, way better than I expected. The holster opens up near the bottom to accommodate the points from the pliers; on a regular pouch the points will eventually pierce the holster and poke out, very annoying! The rest of the tool fits cleanly, snugly inside and there is no issue whatsoever in removing and inserting it. An awesome buy!! You’ll be impressed with the quality as soon as it’s in your hands!” – Amazon’s Customer Review.
